While in law school, our owner and attorney, Shawn C. Trail, worked part time in law firms and gained exposure to a number of areas of law. During this time, he found himself gravitating to real estate law, civil litigation, and estate planning, and decided these areas were where he wanted to focus his career.
Our firm, Shawn C. Trail, Attorney, P.C., is based in Manchester, TN and was founded in March 2007. We serve clients across Coffee County and surrounding areas. Our focus is on providing clients with timely and efficient work, at a low cost.
Real Estate Closings
Our in-house title company is the only one in Manchester with an attorney on-site.
