Shawn C. Trail opened his title company in March 2007. While attending law school, he worked in law firms part time and was exposed to various areas of law. He found his work in estate planning, civil litigation, and real estate law was a great fit for him. As he started gravitating toward it more, he found he really enjoyed it and decided it was the path he wanted to pursue.

I was born and raised right here in Coffee County, TN, and am proud to serve friends and neighbors, as well as raise my family here. I received my B.S. at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2001 and my J.D. at the Nashville School of Law in 2007.
I am married to Carla J. Trail, who is a Family Nurse Practitioner with Fast Pace Health Dermatology. Together, we have five children — three boys and two girls. We are members of First Baptist Church in Manchester. In my spare time I enjoying hunting, playing on the farm, and coaching/watching my children play sports.
Shayna Hodge
I was born in Biloxi, Mississippi and moved to Coffee County a little over 20 years ago. I now reside about 20 miles from Destin, Florida and work remotely for the office. I played softball for the Lady Bucks (Motlow) before graduating and going on to MTSU.
I am married to Cody Hodge, who is a Budget Analyst at Hurlburt Field AFB. Together, we have three children – 2 boys and a girl. We are members of Our Lady Victory Catholic Church in Florida. My hobbies include reading, journaling and spending time with my family.

I have enjoyed working with Shawn since 2012. I currently reside in Coffee County, Tennessee, with my family and was born and raised here as well. I am married to Shannon Fletcher, owner of Tennessee Sodding & Grading LLC, and have four boys, Jaiden, Caiden, Zeke & Zane. We are members of the church of Christ at Summitville. In my spare time I enjoy watching my boys play sports and vacationing with my family.

Cursten was born and raised here in Coffee County. Her hobbies include cooking, riding atvs, and enjoying time on the farm caring for and playing with the animals.
Sherry Burdette
I was Born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to Manchester, Tennessee over 30 years ago. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading mystery novels, cooking, working in my flower garden and taking walks with my dog in the park. I’m an avid animal lover, having a miniature schnauzer, guinea pig and several tropical fish aquariums.
